THE MIDWAY SIGHTINGS FILES, the most important UFO event in History on
PARANET! The UFO sightings have been occurring daily since March 5,1994 to
date. xThere are over 550+ hours of video taped sightings containing the
most significant and compelling UFO footage ever taken in broad daylight.
The complete series of files include detailed descriptions of what has
been captured in this ever-growing library of UFO VIDEO TAPES.  My name is
, Jose Escamilla,  a film and video producer from L.A., that recently
moved back to my hometown which is, ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO.x I will be
relating my observations of these tapes and my plans to release the
extensive footage to the masses. Midway is a small community nine miles
southeast of Roswell, New Mexico and the  filming of these objects
continues daily. They have appeared hovering, doing maneuvers, flying past
a wide variety of jets including: Stealth, B-52's, F-111's and there is
even footage of a jet being "tagged" on the tail section by an object. THE
MIDWAY SIGHTINGS FILES series will be on PARANET within the next few days.
We are a production company and are planning to release six videos in a
series entitled, "ICE FILMS-UNCLASSIFIED." Ice Films is a code word used
by Military and UFOlogists to describe, "critical footage" of UFO's.
Because of the huge expense in filming and editing these videos we have
begun a merchandise line including videos that will be available for
purchase soon.  Before I close, I want to make a few x points xxxvery
clear. There are some critics out there in the UFO community that feel we
should not commercialize what we are documenting. All I have to say is
this: "I am not a UFO buff or scientist doing this as a hobby!" I am a
producer and my profession is making films and videos for a living. The
fact that the UFOs have been taped by my family and I is only by incident!
 I am doing what I do best and that's producing the materials and
releasing them to the public the only way I know how. Aside from the fact
that anything connected to UFOs carries penalties by both UFOologists and
the debunkers gives me even more of an urge to get the tapes out. I am
non-conformist and will do everything I can to get the materials to the
masses. Then, I will go on to the next project and put my 100% strengths
into whatever it is I'll be producing at that time. I hope that everyone
out there understands that this is probably why the masses never see or
hear about certain cases. It's because they were kept "classified" by not
only the Military, but also by some of the UFO and Scientific communities
that have "suppressed" the evidence for the sake of "keeping it
non-commercialized."   We want everyone to see what is over the skies here
in New Mexico. We are keeping our files, "Unclassified" and will keep you
informed on everything we are doing with the Midway Sightings as they

On May 30,1994, my brother had set up the camera on a tripod on the roof
of a trailer house on our property at Midway. It's 7:12 a.m. and the skies
are clear and blue. You can hear the birds chirping in the trees nearby
and traffic passing by sporadically along the highway which is about 100
feet away from the trailer. Manuel has left the camera aimed toward
Roswell, (Northwest) and is down on the grounds searching the skies for
what might appear.  Suddenly he spots it. High in the skies directly
opposite from where the camera is aimed, he spots an object "hovering" far
in the distance in the clear blue sky. He runs to the trailer and climbs
up the ladder to reach the camera. It is still 7:12 am on the camera as
you hear him reach the top of the trailer and he spins the camera around
to catch the object in the Southern part of the skies.  He zooms in toward
the object and as he reaches the range of 19x's the clock changes to 7:13
am. The object resembles what could be a weather balloon at first, but
then the bright white object begins to change colors and it's shape. As he
zooms to 100 x's close up, it resembles a large ball of light that is
emanating prismic colors for a moment and then it changes into to distinct
shapes resembling dome shaped objects and then it changes back to one
object and the bright colored object has transformed into a metalic dull
grey OVAL SHAPED craft. It's still 7:13 am when the object suddenly
tranforms into a dome shaped white object. It keeps transforming into two
then one and shifting colors and shapes. The camera is zoomed out for an
instant and then back in to 100x's. The object continues transforming into
a variety of shapes and textures. He zooms out away from the object to get
a wide shot of the area. A tree top can be seen in the left bottom of the
foreground and in the sky you can see some very thin cloud mists scattered
about. The clock changes to 7:14 am. He zooms in and the object comes into
view, but now it has begun to move and is flying slowly coming directly
toward him. It must be about 1500 feet above and as it continues to travel
the moon is seen to the right of it. It is flying underneath the scattered
cloud mists above. Here it comes as he zooms in for a close up, the object
passes slowly and directly overhead! He tilts the camera tripod up to
catch it as it passes by. It resembles a white ace of spades symbol in
shape for an instant, then it transforms into two spheres connected as it
flies overhead. It passes by and at 7:15 am he loses sight of it in the
viewfinder because he can only tilt the camera so far. He has to lift the
camera and tripod and reposition it as he keeps track of the object with
the naked eye. He finally settles the tripod and catches the object again
in the viewfinder as it continuesmon it's northwestern path. It is still
7:15 and the time changes to 7:16 as the object is seen traveling. It
suddenly vanishes from sight for about 40 seconds then it comes back into
view as the clock changes to 7:17 am. What continues are more close up
zooms as the object changes into a wide variety of shapes and color
tranformations. The complete sighting is recorded until 7:20 when the
object finally travels onward toward Roswell. Whether or not Roswell
people might have seen it remains unknown. This solitary flight made my
brother comment, "It looked as if it were flying in honor of our dead on
Memorial Day." He said that the object just took it's time hovering and
passing along in it's path. My observation of this tape gave me the name,
THE TRANSFORMER, to call this particular object. We have adapted "pet
names" to these and other objects from "Boomerangs" to "Centipede" etc.,
because of the way the appear to resemble certain things. The Transformer
did just what it's pet name describes, I really am in awe of this one.

Since March 5,1994 and to date, July 20,1994, we have over 550 hours of
tape containing over 2000 UFO's within the footage. Scanning this footage
has taken weeks in order to catalogue what we've captured. Some of the
incredible things we've shot are a big mystery. We just don't know what
they are...these are the "rods" or "cigar" shaped objects we've taped
going into the ground and emerging, flying straight up! At first I thought
these things were bugs or birds flying close to the camera and leaving a
"long thin" blurry image because of the camera shutter speeds. We have
shots  of bugs and birds that sometimes leave these kinds of "blurs" but,
at a shutter speed of 2000 fps, these Rods continue to become more evident
that they are indeed "NOT" bugs. What's exciting is that bugs and birds do
pass by the camera and we've captured them for comparisons. There are
scenes of bugs and Rods in the same sequences! As if they are saying to
us, that's a bug, this is us! Rods have been flying by since March 19,
1994 and they continue to fly over the area. The other objects we call
"centipedes" because they resemble a centipede in the sky.  The many other
varieties include objects coming into view from invisibility, objects that
are visible and vanish as they pass by, translucent objects resembling a
"reverse wing", spheres and the dome object continue to hover and pass by.
The many hours of tape are being edited into a series of research
cassettes labeled Research Tapes Volumes One through Four. These tapes are
being made available strictly for research and study groups. Each tape is
two hours in length and contains raw UFO footage as it was taped. There
are no color enhancements and slow motion effects applied as there will be
in the ICE FILMS series. I encourage UFO researchers and other study
groups to order these tapes from us and join in on the study of THE MIDWAY
SIGHTINGS. The tapes sell for $ 150.00 each. All tapes come with an
outline on how to scan the tapes and what to look for. You will experience
what we've seen since March 5,1994.

The first volume which contains the entire March 5 and Memorial Day
sightings and many other clips will be available for release on July
28,1994. Total length is two hours of non-stop UFO footage for researchers

Our story was broadcast on "HARD COPY" on May 6,1994. ENCOUNTERS featured
a small segment on it's premiere show on June 24,1994. We will be on DR.
RUHLS on the Sci-Fi channels soon and we have currently sent the latest
footage taken to SIGHTINGS at Paramount Television. UFO MAGAZINE has us in
their latest issue with the Roswell part 2 story and we will be in the
next UFO UNIVERSE MAGAZINE coming up very soon. We will make updates as
they come in.
